Helping to solve other people's problems and also helping to prevent problems from arising, I consider to be the essence of the legal profession.
In my opinion, the foundation of practicing law is a professional approach, factual argumentation, and trust in the lawyer-client relationship.
In the exercise of this profession, working with people and understanding their problems is important. Therefore, I try to approach cases with empathy on one hand and with the necessary dose of professional oversight on the other.
I strive to combine practical performance of the profession with continuous education.
Besides experience in practicing law, I also have experience as a judge at a district court, which helps me look at clients' problems from multiple perspectives. After assessing any legal problem, I strive to ensure the best possible solution for the client.
An interesting part of being a lawyer is competing with the opposing side and the related representation of clients in court and the preparation of procedural submissions.
I mainly focus on these areas of law: civil, commercial, family law, criminal.
I do not specialize in: social security law and intellectual property law.
